It has become a beautiful tradition that at Christmas our employees grant wishes to lonely seniors. It all started with participation in the project of the Czech Radio Foundation Ježíškova vnoučata. For the last four years we have been cooperating directly with the friendly Home for the Elderly in Brno, Bohunice. In previous years we donated to the seniors from this home, for example, a maxi-doll Barbora, which is used for various therapies, a wooden frame for hand weaving, which helps with the development of fine motor skills, a wooden wall calendar with pictures of the seasons, a single-plate induction cooker or new equipment for garden therapy (hoes, raised beds, rakes and other tools).

We have provided them with annual subscriptions to the magazines Vlasta, Turista, 100+1 History, Brněnský deník, Rhythm of Life and 21.století.We believe that every senior will find something that interests them, whether it is history, travel, current events in Brno or articles about the lives of famous people. Thanks to the subscription, this gift will make the residents of the home happy for the whole year to come.

As a company, we are well aware of this and therefore we want to make this period at least a little more pleasant for them. And because we care not only about seniors, but we also like to support children, so we donated 10 Lenovo tablets to the Srdce na dlani Foundation, with which we have been cooperating for a long time. Several tablets were given to selected children by the orphanages as gifts under the Christmas tree, while the rest of the tablets will be used as beautiful rewards for the Foundation’s Motivation Programme, which will be announced at the end of January. The intention of the Motivation Programme is to lead children to be more responsible in their studies, in their attitude towards their classmates, friends and their surroundings.
